The waste
The waste is collected in large plastic bags that we will then take into special skips. Each bag is weighed at the scales from our camp.
Hard to believe, but that little sheet of beach collect up to 130 kg of trash. With a little calculation we obtain: kg 130/50 kg = 2.6 m and 2600 kg per kilometer, which, multiplied by the 6000 km of Italian coastline, totals 15.6 million km (quindicimilioniseicentomila kg of trash). Impressive is not it?
