TRANSLATION
Algae and other biological samples collection.
Algae, by their nature and the environment in which they live, are not very suitable for storage, but we have achieved acceptable results with the method of storage under plastic. The method is well described in the "Plants" from the main menu, but the algae need some more attention:
1) collect the algae are still alive in the water and dry with paper towel or, at worst, newspapers, pressing hard to release as much water as possible
2) allow to dry under pressure, some books are good, or the tablet "press" described in plants, for a day.
3) Carefully lay the seaweed on a sheet of heavy drawing paper
4) cover it with a piece of plastic self-adhesive transparent taking care to proceed, gluing, on the one side to the other by releasing all the air bubbles
5) algae prepared in this way must be kept in the dark, then in a better album or a box with a lid.
