La nuova versione della pubblicazione “Argonauta” ospita, a partire da questo numero, la sezione dedicata alla Malacofilatelia, ovvero la collezione Filatelica A.M.I. a tematatica malacologica. La sezione verrà distinta in due parti . La prima dedicata alla rappresentazione cronologica ed alfabetica di tutti gli Stati che hanno contribuito a diffondere la conoscenza delle specie di conchiglie. La seconda parte, che procede, sempre annualmente, pubblica, unitamente alle schede della prima parte, le nuove emissioni filateliche del settore. La sezione generale di Malacofilatelia, in corso di completamento, sarà disponibile, in forma continuativa, comprese tutte le nuove emissioni, sul nostro web site www.amimalakos.it
La pubblicazione delle collezioni filateliche a tematica malacologica, non implica la certezza che siano state raccolte, nel tempo, tutte le emissioni che gli Stati del mondo hanno pubblicato. Le collezioni devono, quindi, intendersi come raccolte che hanno, oltre alla loro pubblicazione, l'obiettivo del costante incremento specie per quelle emissioni che potrebbero essere sfuggite alla generale raccolta.

The new version of the publication “Argonauta” will, as of this present number, host the section dedicated to Malacology Philately i.e. The A.M.I. Philately collection on the theme of Malacology. The section will be in two parts. The first will be dedicated to the chronological and alphabetical representation of the those States that have contributed to the diffusion of knowledge of the shell species. The second part which follows always annually, will publish the new issues of stamps in the field, together with the files of the first part. The general selection of the Malacology Philately which is under completion at the moment, will be available in continuous form and inclusive of all the latest stamp issues, on our website: www.amimalakos.it
The publication of philately collections on the theme of Malacology does not necessarily imply with assurance that all the stamps issued by States world-wide have been either mentioned, noted or assembled in these collections. The collections should therefore be considered as having an aim – other than that of publication – the objective of a constant increment of such shell species which might have been omitted from the general collection which has been assembled
